Short answers
Do we have to register anything in Italy?
No. We are the employer in Italy. You sign one service agreement and pay one monthly invoice.
We already pay an Italian freelancer. Can they become an employee?
Yes, usually within about 30 days. It also removes the risk that the arrangement is treated as hidden employment. We move staff from other providers in the same time.
When is our own Italian company the better option?
Typically once the team is stable or you sell locally through the Italian staff. We help with the move and transfer the employees with their seniority.
