Questions Nordic partners ask

Do I stay the client's main adviser?

Yes. We look after employment in Italy only. Accounting, tax and legal work remain yours, and we redirect those questions to you.

Could you end up competing with us?

No. We give no tax or legal advice in the Nordics or in Italy.

How do you protect confidentiality?

A confidentiality clause in the agreement, GDPR-compliant processing and data stored in the EU.

What languages do you use?

English with your clients, Italian and English with employees, and live translation if a client prefers Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish.

How soon can a client hire?

EU and EEA citizens can usually start within days of the offer. Other nationalities follow the permit timeline we set out in the quote.

When should a client set up in Italy?

Once the Italian team is large or it needs to sell and invoice locally. We then move employees across, and the set-up is your mandate.
