Our prices are set in euro. You choose to be invoiced in SEK, NOK, DKK or EUR; non-euro invoices use the EUR reference rate of the invoice date, without FX spread. Icelandic clients are usually invoiced in EUR.

The employment cost
Besides our fee you pay what the employee actually costs: gross salary (RAL), employer social security (INPS), injury insurance (INAIL) and the TFR. Each item explained, with an estimate.
Two choices keep the monthly amount flat. The 13th and 14th month are paid pro rata in every monthly payslip, so no December peak. The TFR is paid every month into the pension fund the employee chooses, so no severance liability builds up on your side.
Billing: at the start, a refundable deposit of one month's estimated cost plus the first month paid in advance. After that each month is invoiced in advance on the estimate and adjusted to the actual payroll on the next invoice, with the payslip summary attached.
